High pressure nitrogen compressors are particularly designed to compress nitrogen from either a bottled or a liquid source for the application of the gas assist molding process. The compressors are adapted for high demand and long-term working in harsh industrial environment. The ncr series utilize the advanced air-cooling, multi-stage reciprocating piston compressors. It combines compressor, air purification and air quality monitoring system in a compact, vertical cabinet enclosure with sound attenuation designed to diminish operating noise level to less than 79 dba. Capacities range form 8 scfm to 25 scfm charging rate with discharge pressures up to 6,000 psig/420 bar
